"I had the strangest thumping sound in the back of my car. It was intermittent and it sounded like metal hitting metal. I'd had it looked at before and it seemed to go away, but then it would come back again and this time it sounded worse. Kate worked me in today and Dave discovered the very inexpensive problem! Whew!
